Dare to venture beyond the bay – Bays to Baes is a classic West Coast IPA brewed with our good friends and macro-lords from Parrotdog in Wellington, NZ. We dialed this one right in - using the mighty hop pellet in all its glory, featuring crowd favorites Simcoe, Centennial, Mosaic, and Citra alongside a simple malt base and a traditional, super clean, neutral yeast strain. But we didn’t stop there, we dry hopped using Parrotdog’s favourite new technique we showed them - Clean Fusion™ - to give a post-modern hop character to this time-tested style. Bright. Clean. Hoppy. Nice.
