Full Up - Imperial Double Pastry Stout

Full Up is a new pastry-laden Imperial Stout made with our pals at Altitude Brewing in Queenstown, New Zealand. Rob flew over with a pack of one of our favorite bikkies we miss from back home while we laid down the base for a liquid version of said bikkie. What we conjured up is a deliciously lactose-heavy foundation of over nine types of specialty malts, juxtaposed by light and fluffy chocolate-coated marshmallows sitting on a shortcake biscuit base. Unable to accommodate any more adjuncts, this is one of our biggest stouts to date. We’re Full Up y'all!
