Rave Rider is a new and modern IPA championing a brand new cultivar flown directly from the US of A - Anchovy™ - described by the crew who sponsored the acreage as “watermelon hard candy, raspberry, and pine.” Yummo! We’ve paired this puppy with selected Citra®, Motueka, and another new hop product out of Yakima Chief Hops - Hyperboost™ Citra - a super condensed dry hopping liquid with a 100:1 hop pellet to oil potency. Wowzer! It’s hoppy, fun, and another step in our journey of exploring the modern India Pale Ale. Come ride the rave.
