Set It Off is a brand-new NEIPA built on a lean malt base and packed with antipodean Riwaka and Vic Secret in the cool pool. Double Dry Hopped with enough nose candy to set alarm bells ringing—hand-selected Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic CRYO®, and a new brewery favorite, HBC1019—a cultivar described by growers as “a potent but pleasing mix of citrus and tropical notes, with hints of coconut, Valencia oranges, caramelized bananas, peaches, and honeydew melon.” Cool story, bro. It’s lean, fruity, and delicious. Set some aside for lift-off to your mouth!
