Surrender is a brand new NEIPA with a base of NZ malted barley, oats, and spelt then double-dry hopped with Aussie Enigma and the star of the show - Egger’s Special™ - Another one of our hand-selected trial hops out of the Eggers Hop Farm in Moutere, NZ described by the growers as “Next Level Riwaka”. These are second-generation hop from a single mother plant picked out of 24,000. Like the older sister of “LiLy™” it expresses intense grapefruit candy, lime zest, sweet navel orange characters.
