BOTANY BAY LAGER // 4.3%
Botany's very own beer.  2019's local flagship is characterised by its full, clean flavour leaving behind just a hint of bitterness. Brewed in Botany, by locals - it doesn't get much fresher than this.
XPA // 4.3%
Made with flavour and sessionability in mind our xtra pale ale is bright and refreshing with a hefty hop presence. Tropical & fruity notes dominate. Best enjoyed with mates, sunshine, and good vibes.

DDH OAT CREAM IPA // 7.2%

Fluffy, lush, silky & smooth. A far reaching gossamer-like hop complexity with soft florets of tangerine, lime, tropical fruit, & coconut. Our ‘Four Ways of Oat®’ processing, together with creamy Australian lactose, help to take the density of feel and flavour to new heights. Softest of water and a novel yeast provide the upmost cushy comfort. All coalesce into the First Version of our exploration series of this style, and the lofty heights of where the fluff can go. Layers upon layers of creamy smooth mango and sultry ripe naval orange make for the most insatiable cloud drinking experience one could hope to float across.

DARK CHERRY IMPERIAL SOUR // 8.5%

A soft kettle sour with over 200gm/L of dark + sour cherries added during fermentation. Turning the cherry factor up to 10, we then left this alone in the dark to quietly rest on skins for 2 weeks. Uniquely tart with a dark, decadent cherry character, and a soft fruity finish.

mango milkshake ipa nitro // 6.5%

A true milkshake with massive additions of sweet tropical fruit, silky lactose, and rich vanilla. Sabro, Citra, and Vic Secret add just the right slice of hoppiness without distraction from the huge hits of coconut, ripe mango, and vanilla. Served with Nitro for ultimate creaminess.

THREE CUBED WEST COAST IPA // 6.9%

A West coast IPA with mathematically outrageous amounts of Centennial, Citra, and Mosaic. By utilising 3 different hop products and processes of these 3 types of heavy hitters we're able to bring the old school into the new world. We're on a journey from lofty Pines of Oregon, down through the orange groves by the Sierras, and onward to the tropical Pacific shore where ocean laps this gracious land of IPA. Its hip to be cubed.

EXPERimental pale ale // 5.5%

LAGER SHANDY // 2.3%

A Summer inspired, low-alcohol Shandy using our much loved Botany Bay Lager with a mix of organic lemonade.

THE BIG BAD WOLF NITRO IMPERIAL PASTRY STOUT // 10.0%

It’s big. It’s dark. It’s our boldest stout yet. Massive hits of vanilla, chocolate, whiskey, cake, and molasses all backed up by a Nitro serve. Full bodied and wildly creamy with notes of cacao, coffee, chocolate, and dark fruit; a product of the copious amounts of chocolate and lactose used while resting on French Oak. Hopped with the elusive Slovenian Wolf Hops to accentuate notes of blackberry, violet and elderflower. Hibernating for months, this dark beast has been cellared and can-conditioned to be shared and savoured under a wintry full moon. Get it before it gets you.

twisted fate ddh iipa // 8.0%
This beer is a celebration of fate, when things just come together... Deep gold, with braids of lemon, lime, pear, and pine. Spruce, grass, and strands of dank hops entwine beautifully together with big bold malty flavours. Fruity and juicy. Malty and hoppy. Bitter and smooth. From a home brew recipe to now the big rig, and when family meets business, this DDH Imperial IPA brings back a taste of how good it feels when things all perfectly string together. Life can be tumultuous, but throughout, things are always connected in the end and the twisted, turning, knotted journey is by far the best part.
THE NEW WAVE - WEST COAST IPA 7.2%

Utilising the newest hops and hop products from the new world we've put together a clean, bitter, no frills, all-about-the-hops IPA. Past the bitter foundation from Victorian hops you will find kisses of crystal malt and a mingling of our house ale yeast set the perfect stage for a rapid, infectious, roaring second wave of hop character courtesy of the experimental hops from Tasmania and The Moutere, New Zealand. Ride this wave out with us fam, grab it with clean hands, and put it in your face hole.

DON't LIKE BEER?
We also serve a basic wine list of White, Red, Rose & Sparkling.

People who typically do not enjoy beer may like to try our Sour or one of our upcoming fruit Sours.  They are tartier and fruitier and do not have the traditional beer flavours, so are quite popular with the cider drinkers and the wine drinkers.
Why not give it a try, you may be a beer drinker after all!
