Botany's very own beer.  2019's local flagship is characterised by its full, clean flavour leaving behind just a hint of bitterness. Brewed in Botany, by locals - it doesn't get much fresher than this.
XPA // 4.3%
Made with flavour and sessionability in mind our xtra pale ale is bright and refreshing with a hefty hop presence. Tropical & fruity notes dominate. Best enjoyed with mates, sunshine, and good vibes.
STOUT // 4.8%
Our first dark. A creamy easy drinking stout. Full bodied with notes of cacao, coffee, chocolate, and dark fruit; a product of the chocolate and roasted malts used, Slovenian hops, and lengthy time of cold conditioning. Perfect for these cooler days. Winter is coming.
NEW WORLD IPA // 6.5%
Bursting through the haze. Brewed like a West Coast but hopped like an East coast, the latest addition to our rotating IPA series is a whirlwind tour of the US of A. A clean malt bill with a touch of that quintessential west coast caramel with classic pine & citrus bitterness. We then hopped this puppy through the teeth with New Age hops just like a Burlington native and fermented it out with our house New England Yeast. Expect orange peel, citrus flesh, and fresh pine cones. Grab your mates, some sunshine, and join us on a coast to coast tour of the New World.
PASSIONFRUIT SOUR // 5.9%
A gentle kettle sour with reams of passionfruit pulp and puree added during conditioning. A complex, almost mouth-puckering sourness up front quickly gives way to strong passionfruit and tropical notes making this sour both refreshing and dangerously easy to drink.
PEACH SOUR // 4.9%
A gentle kettle sour with reams of QLD peach pulp and puree added during conditioning. A complex, almost mouth-puckering sourness up front quickly gives way to soft peach and sweet stonefruit notes making this sour both refreshing and dangerously easy to drink.
MEXICAN LAGER // 5.5%
Softly hopped and backed up by a clean & simple malt bill, with the addition of 40% corn, our Mexican lager is crisp and clean with a light body with a kiss of fresh lime in the finish.
MANGO NITRO MILKSHAKE IPA // 6.5%
A true milkshake with massive additions of sweet tropical fruit, silky lactose, and rich vanilla. Sabro, Citra, and Vic Secret add just the right slice of hoppiness without distraction from the huge hits of coconut, ripe mango, and vanilla. Served with Nitro for ultimate creaminess.

GRISETTE // 3.1%

What is a Grisette? Grisettes were a clean, light, refreshing beer with a slight citrus kick for miners of the Hainaut province in Belgium around the industrial revolution. Gris, meaning “grey” in French, lends its name to Grisette - Named for the grey dresses worn by the women who made the beer and for the region where it was brewed; with a lot of stone quarries, and it would quench the thirst of those workers, who came back from work covered with grey dust. Weve taken a classic recipe and put our own spin on it by fermenting out in under 3 days with the illustrious Kveik Sigmund-Voss strain of yeast and a healthy dose of Simcoe Cryo in the whirlpool. Expect our take to be delicate, soft, and refreshing with subtle notes of citrus in the background.

SESSION ALE // 2.5%

A Summer inspired, low-alcohol session pale ale with a bouquet of vibrant tropical flavours, a gentle bitterness and clean, hoppy finish.

STRAWBERRY HONEYDEW SOUR // 5.7%

A soft kettle sour with reams of fresh Strawberries & Honeydew Melon juice added during fermentation then left to rest on freshly sliced cucumbers. Expect a strong, almost sweet ripe strawberry and melon aroma backed up by a soft tartness and a refreshing cucumber note in the dry finish.

GUAVA + WHITE GRAPE GOSE // 6.2%

Kettle soured with over 190gms/L of Pink Guava and Australian muscat grapes. Himalayan pink salt balances the tart and compliments the sweet.

DON't LIKE BEER?
We also serve a basic wine list of White, Red, Rose & Sparkling.

People who typically do not enjoy beer may like to try our Sour or one of our upcoming fruit Sours.  They are tartier and fruitier and do not have the traditional beer flavours, so are quite popular with the cider drinkers and the wine drinkers.
Why not give it a try, you may be a beer drinker after all!
