In Your head is a brand new DIPA straight out of our R&D program. Taking inspiration from the extremely saturated Hoppy Ales we tried in the US, we’ve mashed this monster with extra pale malt and over 50% oat adjuncts, providing a thick and lucious base for the 35gm/L dry hop to rest upon. Soulessly hopped with Citra, Citra CRYO, Nectarom CRYO, and our hand-selected Nelson Sauvin.
