BOTANY BAY LAGER (4.3%)

Bold in flavour. Refreshing in nature. 2019's local flagship characterised by its full, clean flavour and lightly toasted biscuit, hay and bready sweetness balanced by a subtle yet delightful floral and spicy hop character leaving behind just a hint of bitterness. Brewed in Botany by its residents - it doesn't get much fresher than this.

RED PLUM SOUR (3.4% ABV)

A special release sour with a fresh and juicy dose of Australian red plums. A traditional Berliner Weisse base, heavy in malted wheat and barley, along with a novel blend of 2 different bacteria, and a unique yeast strain.

HAZY PALE ALE (4.5%)

A full bodied Hazy Pale Ale that's soft, juicy, full of flavour and completely crushable. Built off Tri-Hop combination of tropical goodness and a malt bill packed full of delicious oats, this full flavoured experience will no doubt take you to where all the good vibes flow.

GINGER BEER (GF) (4.0%)

What's better than damn tasty ginger beer with kisses of chilli and lime? Not a lot really. So we made it. We canned it. Now it's here for you to enjoy whenever, however you want.

extra pale ale (4.3% abv)

Extra pale ale is bright and refreshing with a hefty hop presence. Tropical & fruity notes dominate a floral palate here while a subdued bitterness and rounded malt presence balance this refreshing yet flavour-packed little number.

FADED DIPA (8.3% ABV)

It's hazy. It's dope. It's back!

Gold medal winner at the 2022 Melbourne Royal Australian International Beer Awards for Best Modern IPA, we’re stoked to be bringing back this hazy DIPA fave. A product of the dedication our Hazy Program wizard Paddy brings in every day.

V6. OAT CREAM DIPA (7.6% abv)

V6 is a no-boil Oat Cream DIPA with a hyped-up dose of our infamous Multi-stack Oats, triple dose of single-origin New South Wellian lactose, fermented out with our in-house Hazy Yeast, then put through our Clean Fusion dry hopping regime. Hopped to the hilt with Citra Cryo, Amarillo, and an experimental hop HBC630 from Yakima Chief Hops in the US of A.
This cacophony on the senses oozes big cushiony, tropical filled, thick fat hazy vibes all night long.

WITHOUT HAZY DIPA (7.6% ABV)

Without DIPA is day zero dry hopped with a slightly larger amount of Nelson Sauvin at the start of fermentation for a solid dose of 4MMP; something for our yeast to express and play with. The tank is then chilled down in temperature and a single shot of Citra®, Mosaic®, Simcoe®, and Nelson Sauvin hops are added. Inert gases are used to mix everything into suspension before being brought to sub-zero temperatures. Although we find the pure hop character more muted, the interaction of these hops with our house yeast seems to provide a great balance to the beer.

RAINBOW COUNTRY GLITTER SOUR (6.9% ABV)

By gathering the best of all worlds in an absolutely fabulous version of beer-meets-candy, we present Rainbow Country - our rock candy sour ale with rockmelon, watermelon lemon, lime, and bodacious amounts of edible glitter.

Join us on yet another journey into the oozy and delectable and the glitter-filled spark of absolute joy.

You are holding in your hand a can containing no less than 264 individual blueberries blended into one of our biggest sour bases to date. We’ve doubled down on all the good stuff your favourite Blueberry Sour had to offer. Double the hops, twice the ABV, and an overhaul of our already absurd fruit dosing rate which will have you doing a Double Take.

CHOCOLATE & VANILLA PORTER (6.3% ABV)

Made with ethically sourced South Pacific Cocoa Nibs and a blend of Papua, Madagascar, and Tahitian Vanilla beans. Flavours of chocolate, coffee and dark caramel backed up by warming, subtle notes of vanilla and coffee. Enjoy with warm nights and cosy company.

A Lemonade for the ages. Fresh Aussie lemons and inhouse spirits combine to give a thirst quenching, summer-making, tasty wee number that'll have you dreaming of sunshine.
